David is a constant self-starter in regards to assisting my pharmacy. When he noticed that our pharmacy was having a higher level of customer support calls over a week, he dispatched support personnel to our pharmacy to figure out the issue. It was discovered that a virus was on one machine, and that machine was causing our print server to continually crash. David's support personnel set up a temporary machine to replace the infected machine, so that our issues went away, the employee was able to stay productive, and the infected unit was fixed.
